Questions
The ones that come up every time.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
Yes, for any order placed before the cut-off date shown on the box page. After that date, we tell you the delivery window before you pay.
Why does it take a few weeks?
Because nothing is made in advance: your jersey is printed with your name, then your box is put together. The delivery date shown above is the one we commit to.
Can I change my mind after ordering?
Write to us quickly and we will sort it out if the jersey is not printed yet. Once it is printed with your name, a personalised item is excluded from the 14-day withdrawal right.
Can I offer it as a gift?
Of course: choose the first name of the person you are giving it to, the letter will be addressed to them, and enter their delivery address at checkout.
