  These Terms of Service govern the sale of products on the Blue Lock Store website (bluelockstore.fr). Any order
  implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.

  ARTICLE 3 - PRODUCTS

  The products offered are jerseys, clothing and accessories inspired by the Blue Lock universe. Product photographs are
   for illustration purposes only and are not contractually binding.

  ARTICLE 4 - PRICES

  Prices are indicated in euros (€) including all taxes (TTC). Blue Lock Store reserves the right to modify its prices
  at any time. Products are invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time of order validation.

  ARTICLE 5 - ORDERING

  To place an order, the buyer must:
  • Select products and add them to the cart
  • Validate the cart contents
  • Enter shipping and billing information
  • Choose the delivery method
  • Accept these Terms of Service
  • Proceed with payment

  The order is final after payment confirmation.

  ARTICLE 6 - PAYMENT

  Payment is made online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or any other method offered on the site. Payment is secured
  by Shopify Payments. The order is validated after payment confirmation.

  ARTICLE 7 - DELIVERY

  Products are delivered to the address indicated during the order. Delivery times are indicative:
  • Metropolitan France: 5 to 10 business days
  • Europe: 5 to 10 business days
  • International: 7 to 15 business days

  Blue Lock Store cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to the carrier or events beyond its control.

  ARTICLE 8 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  In accordance with consumer protection laws, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of
   withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. To exercise this right, contact us at:

  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Products must be returned in their original condition,
  unworn and unwashed.

  ARTICLE 9 - LEGAL WARRANTIES

  All our products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects.
